Operating Principles
1.Connect the power supply (such as AC380V)
2.Check the small tank of the cooling water pump to ensure it has been filled with coolant (the medium can be pure water)
3.Check the valve of the powder feeding hopper to ensure it is closed
4.Connect the emulsion pump feed to the tank outlet,with the tank outlet valve closed
5.Pour powder into the feeding hopper and ensure that the valve of the feeding hopper is closed
6.Open the outlet valve of the storage tank and ensure that the emulsion pump is connected to the liquid
7.Press the emulsification pump switch on the control panel,and the green indicator will light up;Press the power pump switch again,and the green indicator light will light up (note:press the emulsion pump first and then the power pump button,otherwise
the power pump will not start)
8.Ensure smooth discharge of the batching machine,and then open the feeding hopper valve.The valve opening and closing amplitude can control the powder feeding speed.
9.Complete the work
