Operating Principles
Sanitary stainless steel Tri-clamp Straight Ball Valve
The ball valves can be operated automatically through actuator or manually with the handle.
The handle blocks the valve in the "open"or "closed"position,certainly there are the other position available.
The actuator push piston of axial movement into 90 degree so that it controls ball valve.
The ball valves used in beer,beverage,dairy,fruit juice,pharmacy,bioengineering and other fields.

Three pieces tank bottom ball valve with a special tank bottom flange connection,be welded on the tank botom.The design of contour and sadius have effective gravity discharge function.Also smooth taper hole and the sphere closest to the bottom,which prevents the medium from staying at the entrance of the valve,making sure to drain smoothly.
The three pieces tank bottom ball valve is very suitable for application in high clean technology system,such as biological pharmacy,food and beverage,dairy products,chemical and other fields.
