Maintenance methods of flange ball valve
Flange ball valves are classified into stainless steel pneumatic ball valves, stainless steel electric ball valves, and stainless steel manual ball valves. Flange ball valves are easily in contact with other metal iron products during the manufacturing process. As for the flange ball valve that has never rusted, do you know what maintenance work is required for the flange ball valve?
The maintenance methods of flange ball valves are as follows:
1. After the blank is finished, it needs to be rinsed clean after pickling. If there are sand holes or perforations, it should be welded with gas shielded argon arc welding. Then polish and then perform solid solution treatment;
2. Finished product, after processing and pressure test is completed. It should be rinsed with water added with anti-rust powder.
3. After installing the pipeline, perform regular maintenance and upkeep on it, such as frequently applying lubricating oil to the valve stem. Open and close the valve appropriately several times. Make it difficult for the inner ball, valve stem and sealing surface to assimilate.
4. During transportation, try to use wooden boxes for packaging and avoid contact with metal products.
When we all operate flange ball valves, flange ball valves generally have two structures: reduced diameter and non-reducing channels. Regardless of the structure, the flow resistance coefficient of the ball valve is relatively small. Since its channel diameter is equal to the inner diameter of the pipe, the local resistance loss is only the friction resistance of the same length of pipe, so the flow resistance of this ball valve is the smallest.
When we all operate and use flange ball valves, we all need to follow the maintenance methods above. The correct method of maintaining flange ball valves is what we all need.
