Use And Installation of Sanitary Butterfly Valve

The butterfly valve has a simple structure, is easy to install and maintain, and is widely used in industry. In the installation of sanitary butterfly valves, some details should also be paid attention to. If the installation is not done well, it may affect the use of the butterfly valve.

1. Before installation, the pipes and valves need to be cleaned, and there should be no scratches and dirt on the sealing surface to avoid internal leakage or reduce the service life of the product.

2. During installation, the clamp connection model must be carefully checked to see if it is consistent. A special sealing ring should be installed at the connection between the clamp and the valve to make the valve and the pipeline connection seal reliable. Both horizontal pipelines and vertical stainless steel angle steel pipelines can be installed.

3. After the installation is completed and the pressure medium is introduced, turn the handle 90° to check the internal and external seals. If there is no leakage, it can be put into normal use.

4. During use, if it is found that there is still leakage inside when the butterfly valve is closed, the sealing ring must be replaced and reinstalled correctly before it can be put into use.

5. The sanitary butterfly valve is used to connect and disconnect the medium, and can also be used to adjust the flow, but the valve should not be installed in a system that requires strict regulation of the medium flow.
