Structural Features:
Bellows can be used in ultra-high vacuum systems to achieve bending, expansion and contraction, and eccentricity. Vacuum bellows are usually divided into two types: formed bellows and welded bellows. The material of bellows used in ultra-high vacuum systems is generally 316L stainless steel. In ultra-high vacuum systems, the bellows connecting the high vacuum pump and the foreline pump are mostly formed bellows with KF flanges at both ends.
Advantages:
The bending of CF vacuum bellows compensates for the position deviation caused by the installation of the pipeline system and bears the relative displacement of two points that are not required for work.
CF vacuum bellows also play a role in shock absorption and noise elimination.
The service life of CF vacuum bellows is greater than or equal to 10,000 times, and U-shaped waves are mainly used.
The expansion and contraction amount of CF vacuum bellows is 10%~30%.
