Purpose and functions:
A triple-eccentric turbine drive flange butterfly valve includes a valve body, a butterfly plate arranged in the valve body, and a turbine drive mechanism that drives the butterfly plate to rotate through a valve stem. The butterfly plate is provided with a channel for the medium to flow through. When the plate is at its maximum opening, the direction of the channel is consistent with the direction of the valve body's flow channel. The valve stem is composed of an upper valve stem and a lower valve stem. The upper valve stem and the lower valve stem are respectively fixed on symmetrically arranged two ends of the butterfly plate. In the upper valve stem seat and the lower valve stem seat, the upper valve stem passes through the valve body and is connected with the turbine in the turbine transmission mechanism through a key. When the butterfly valve is at the maximum opening position, the fluid medium can flow out from the channel provided in the butterfly plate, thereby reducing the resistance of the traditional solid butterfly plate to the fluid medium; it also reduces the overall weight of the butterfly valve and ensures the strength of the entire butterfly valve. , thereby enhancing the working reliability of the butterfly valve and reducing energy consumption.
Features:
There is no friction between the sealing pairs: The sealing pair of the valve is designed using unique geometric principles. There is no friction between the butterfly plate sealing ring and the valve seat during the entire switching process.
Anti-fly-out valve stem: When the connection between the valve stem and the butterfly plate fails during use, the valve stem will not rush out of the valve body and harm the operator.
High temperature resistance: There are no rubber or plastic parts in the entire valve internal structure, and the valve has high temperature resistance.
Bearing protection: The bearings in high-temperature valves are protected by pre-compressed flexible graphite rings. The medium in the pipeline cannot enter the bearings, which improves the valve's anti-jamming ability.
Torque shut-off characteristics: The triple-eccentric butterfly valve relies on torque to shut off, and there will be no over-closing (no limit adjustment required).
Zero leakage: When the valve is closed, the multi-layered metal sealing ring is embedded in the valve seat hole, producing a strong fitting force; when the valve is subjected to a forward pressure test, zero leakage can be achieved.
