Purpose and functions:
The butt-welded two-way pressure-bearing butterfly valve not only adopts a conventional three-eccentric structure, but more importantly, it combines the movable valve seat principle of a fixed ball valve, which more effectively guarantees the sealing performance during reverse pressure bearing and truly achieves two-way bearing. The pressure is 100%, and the valve body is assembled and welded with formed seamless steel pipes, which can more effectively solve the potential leakage problem of castings. It has a unique structure, novel design, easy opening and closing, and long service life.
Features:
The welded butterfly valve adopts a three-eccentric sealing structure, with almost no wear on the valve seat and butterfly plate, and has a tighter sealing function as you look at it.
The stainless steel welded butterfly valve sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal. It has excellent sealing performance no matter under low or high temperature conditions, and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and long service life.
The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is made of cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing. The sealing surface is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
The large-sized butterfly plate adopts a quilted frame structure, which has high strength, large flow area and small flow resistance.
The metal welded butterfly valve has a two-way sealing function. It is not restricted by the flow direction of the medium or affected by the spatial position during installation. It can be installed in any direction.
The driving device can be installed in multiple positions (rotated 90° or 180°), making it easy for users to use.
