Purpose and functions:
D373H American standard lug three-eccentric hard-seal butterfly valve is also called lug-type butterfly valve and single-clip butterfly valve. The valve body has lugs around the periphery and is designed into a single flange structure with screw holes. It is completely sealed and has zero leakage. Designed using the triple eccentricity principle, there is no friction between the valve seat and the sealing surface on the butterfly plate when opening and closing the butterfly valve. The valve seat adopts a multi-layered structure of surfacing cobalt matrix alloy, which idealizes the spatial movement of the sealing surface, thereby improving the performance of the butterfly valve. Sealing, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance are reliably guaranteed.
Features:
The valve seat and butterfly plate have almost no wear, and have a tighter sealing function as they are closed.
The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is made of cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing. The sealing surface is resistant to erosion and wear and has a long service life.
Suitable for pipe breaking and flow control of thermal pipelines, with excellent heat resistance and two-way sealing performance.
