Purpose and functions:
The application range of the triple eccentric butterfly valve can withstand pressures up to 2500 pounds, temperature resistance as low as -196 ℃ and as high as 850 ℃, sealing can reach 0 leakage, and the control ratio can be as high as 100:1 or more. That is to say, in various harsh and critical process control pipelines, whether it is an on-off valve or a control valve, as long as the type is properly selected, butterfly valves can now be used with confidence and at low cost. The so-called triple eccentricity refers to adding an angular eccentricity on the basis of the double eccentric structure, even if the sealing surface of the butterfly valve is inclined and tapered. The characteristic of this structure is that the outer periphery of the butterfly plate is processed into an outer inclined cone surface, and the inner side of the sealing valve seat is processed into an inner inclined cone surface.
