Purpose and Functions:

The bevel gear knife type gate valve is driven by bevel gear reduction and is easy and flexible to operate. It is often used for manual operation in relatively large diameter or high pressure situations.
The bevel gear knife gate valve uses a manual handwheel to open and close the gate, causing the valve stem to rise and fall, thereby driving the gate plate to move up and down, opening and closing the valve. Counterclockwise operation opens the gate up valve, and clockwise operation closes the gate down valve.
