Purpose and Functions:

A fully circular channel design is adopted. A polytetrafluoroethylene and a mud scraper are installed on the upper end of the knife plate. A wear-resistant folding cone made of polyurethane or Ni-containing wear-resistant cast iron is installed at the inlet end of the knife gate valve. Multiple flushing ports are provided around the valve body. The bottom end of the blade is processed into a blade with high smoothness, ensuring good sealing. It widely meets the requirements of papermaking, pulp industry, industrial sewage and urban sewage treatment, chemical plants, fly ash treatment, bulk material transportation, food and beverage industry and harsh and slow working conditions.
