Purpose and Functions:
We provide various series of metal hard-sealed ball valves for petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, light industry and other industries, meeting the different requirements of users for parameters such as pressure, temperature, medium and caliber. Especially for some harsh working conditions, the use of this product greatly extends the time interval for replacement and maintenance valves on the system. In addition, by adopting different surface treatment methods, anti-sealing surface viscosity and high-temperature jamming were solved, and floating ball metal hard-sealed ball valves and fixed-ball metal hard-sealed ball valves were developed.
Can be equipped with manual or worm gear, pneumatic and electric actuators.
Structural Features and Uses
Effortless operation: The force generated by the medium pressure on the ball is all transmitted to the upper and lower bearings. The ball will not move relative to its position. The valve seat seals at both ends are evenly stressed and the operating torque is low.
It adopts a movable metal valve seat structure with spring preload, which can be applied to high temperature, high pressure and various medium pipelines.
According to customer requirements, it can be designed to be suitable for media containing particles, slurry and other media.
Widely used in media pipelines such as food, medicine, petroleum, chemical industry, natural gas, steel, environmental protection, papermaking, etc.
