Purpose and functions:


  • The fluorine-lined ball valve uses a ball with a circular through hole as the opening and closing part. The ball rotates with the valve stem around the center line of the valve body to open and close the valve. A special molding process is used to make the sealing surface dense and good, and the V-shaped PTFE packing combination enables the valve to achieve zero leakage; the ball and the valve stem are cast as one, eliminating the possibility of the valve stem punching out of the pressure-bearing part due to pressure changes. Fundamentally ensures safety during use; adopts all-plastic lining technology to resist strong corrosion from the medium



Advantages:

  • Ball valves with FEP lining have extremely high chemical stability and can be used with any other strong corrosive properties except "molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine";

  • Adopting a full-bore, floating ball structure, the valve can be closed without leakage within the entire pressure range, making it easier to clean the pipeline system and maintain the pipeline;

  • The ball of the opening and closing parts and the valve stem are cast (forged) as one body, which eliminates the possibility of the valve stem rushing out of the pressure-bearing part due to pressure changes, and fundamentally ensures the safety of use in the project;

  • The structure is compact and reasonable, with the smallest cavity space in the valve body, reducing medium retention. In addition, the special molding process makes the sealing surface dense, and the herringbone annular PTFE packing combination enables the valve to achieve zero leakage;

  • Two-piece and three-piece structures can adapt to various pipeline systems and working conditions with different requirements. Among them, the three-piece ball valve allows the main valve body to be separated from the valve bodies on both sides, enabling rapid online replacement and maintenance.
