Purpose and functions:

• The Q941 electric flange ball valve only needs to be rotated 90° to fully close and fully open. The diameters of the valve body channel and the connecting pipe are equal and form the same diameter, so the medium can flow through with almost no loss. Electric flange ball valve is suitable for two-position cutting and adjustment occasions. Mainly divided into two categories: electric soft-sealing ball valves and electric hard-sealing ball valves. Electric soft-sealing ball valves are mainly suitable for media with temperatures below 250 degrees. Electric hard-sealed ball valves are mainly suitable for media above 250 degrees. Electric valves have excellent sealing performance, large flow capacity, easy loading and unloading and maintenance, small flow resistance, reliable sealing, and even shut-off. The electric flange ball valve is small in size, light in weight, large in thrust, and powerful in function. It has a built-in servo amplifier, is easy to operate, and has high reliability. The ball valve and actuator are directly connected and have a built-in servo system. No additional servo amplifier is needed. The input and output signals are 4 -20mA and 220VAC power supply can control operation. Electric flange ball valve has the advantages of simple wiring, compact structure, stable and reliable action, etc.

Features:

• The fluid resistance is small. The ball valve has the smallest fluid resistance among all valves. Even the reduced-diameter ball valve has quite small fluid resistance.

• The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, allowing the valve stem to operate in a balanced and flexible manner.

• The valve seat has good sealing performance, and the sealing ring made of polytetrafluoroethylene and other materials is used. The structure is easy to seal, and the valve sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure.

• The valve stem seal is reliable. Since the valve stem only rotates and does not move up and down, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easily damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of the pressure of the medium.

• Since materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene have good self-lubricating properties, the friction loss with the ball is small, which helps the ball valve have a long service life.

• The bottom-mounted valve stem and the convex steps on the valve stem head prevent the valve stem from spraying out. If the valve stem seal is damaged due to fire, metal contact can also be formed between the convex steps and the valve body to ensure the valve stem sealing.
