Structural Features：

• Bellows can be used in ultra-high vacuum systems to achieve bending, expansion and contraction, and eccentricity. Vacuum bellows are usually divided into two types: formed bellows and welded bellows. The material of bellows used in ultra-high vacuum systems is generally 316L stainless steel. In ultra-high vacuum systems, the bellows connecting the high vacuum pump and the foreline pump are mostly formed bellows with KF flanges at both ends.
