Introduce:
The electric V-type regulating ball valve is equipped with SX series actuators. It does not require a separate servo amplifier. The input (4~20mADC or 1-5VDC) signal and single-phase power supply can control the operation and adjust the pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level and other parameters. There is a V-shaped incision on the valve core, which rotates relative to the hard seal valve to generate shear force, which can cut the fiber and prevent it from getting stuck. It has the characteristics of flow capacity, high adjustment accuracy, large adjustable ratio, good sealing and light weight. It is suitable for most occasions except small-caliber, angle and three-way connections. It is the best product to replace imported products, especially suitable for the regulation of mud and fibrous media, as well as media containing tiny solid suspensions. It is widely used in industrial automatic control systems such as papermaking, sugar making, petroleum, chemical
industry, metallurgy, etc.
Features:

Structural features:
1. The design of the introduced German technology is simple in structure, light in weight, and low in material cost, which is more economical than the straight-stroke regulating valve with the same flow capacity.
2. The integral valve body without any pipe joints is not affected by the stress of the pipeline or bolts, and since the valve body has no pipe joints, the pressure-resistant shell will not be affected by the "sudden change" of pressure.
3. The valve seat used for leakage prevention is lined with a stainless steel inner core PTFE cup or O-ring at its outer diameter. The valve seat is made of tungsten-cobalt hard alloy with a larger cross-section, and is made of an alloy. The structure of the valve seat is further enhanced by an alloy corrugated spring.
4. It has a V-shaped valve body, which can ensure the accuracy of control within the entire range even in the case of small flow or high viscosity media.
5. When the valve is closed, a wedge-shaped shearing effect is generated between the V-notch and the valve seat, and it has a self-cleaning function to prevent the ball core from getting stuck. It is particularly suitable for pipeline scaling and freezing, fibrous fluids, slurry fluids, high-viscosity fluids, fluids containing polymers, particles, crystals, etc.
