Purpose and Functions:
Flexible and reliable pneumatic-manual conversion mechanism. The pneumatic-manual conversion mechanism is installed on the upper part of the cylinder head. At any position during the opening and closing process of the gate valve, the operating handle can be easily turned to directly switch from pneumatic to manual or vice versa. To convert to pneumatic operation mode, the conversion operating handle adopts a positioning pin self-locking design. After the handle is positioned, it is reliable and stable. When a failure occurs in the solenoid valve and its control circuit or the air supply system, it can be quickly converted to manual operation without the need for other auxiliary tools to ensure normal operation of the line and avoid accidents. Before the self-control system of the new project is completed, this series of gate valves can be reliably used as a manual gate valve, with flexible and light movements.
The valve closing time is adjustable. By adjusting the buffer mechanism installed on the partition, the gate closing time can also be adjusted within a certain range.

Structural Features:
The gate has two sealing surfaces. The most commonly used one is that the two sealing surfaces of the gate form a wedge shape. The wedge angle varies with the valve parameters, usually 5°.
The sealing principle of the wedge gate valve is achieved by the tight combination of the two sealing surfaces on the wedge gate plate and the two sealing surfaces on the valve body when they are wedged together.
Wedge gate valves can be divided into rising stem gate valves (lifting stem gate valves) and concealed stem gate valves (rotating stem gate valves) according to the different ways in which the valve stem drives the gate plate to open and close.
Wedge gate valves can be divided into elastic gate valves and rigid gate valves according to the different gate structure forms.
The valve body is cast, the valve body and the valve cover are connected by bolts, and the middle flange is sealed by a wound gasket. Metal rings can also be used when customers have special requirements.
The channel is smooth and the flow coefficient is small. The sealing surface is less susceptible to erosion and erosion by the medium.
The sealing surface is made of alloy steel or carbide, which has good wear resistance and scratch resistance.
Using flexible graphite filler, the sealing is reliable and the operation is light and flexible.
The flow direction of the medium is not restricted, and it does not disturb the flow or reduce the pressure.
