Structural Features:
The valve adopts pressure self-tightening seal or valve body and valve cover gasket sealing structure, which is trustworthy! Safe and reliable to use.
The valve disc adopts a double gate plate with a universal top structure in the middle, which can automatically adjust the consistency of the sealing surface of the valve disc and the valve seat to ensure the sealing of the valve. At the same time, this structure is easy to maintain, saves costs, and has good valve disc interchangeability.
The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are made of cobalt-chromium-tungsten carbide by plasma spray welding. The sealing surface has high hardness, is resistant to friction and scratches, and has a long service life.
The valve stem is made of nitrided steel, with surface nitriding treatment, high hardness, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life.
The electric device is equipped with a torque control mechanism, an on-site operating mechanism and a manual and electric switching mechanism. In addition to local operation, it can also perform remote operation, PLC control, 4~20mA current input and output intelligent control, etc.
The manual valve is opened by a manual mechanism or a handwheel upon impact. Reduce valve operating force.
The valve can be installed at any position in the pipeline, and carbon steel or alloy steel valves can be selected according to the medium and the temperature of the medium.
During initial installation and debugging, the valve must be manually opened to about half of the position to avoid damage to the valve or electrical equipment caused by reverse connection of the motor phase sequence.
Precautions for Use and Installation:
Gate valves can be installed on horizontal pipelines or vertical pipelines. Single and double gate gate valves should be installed on horizontal pipelines, and the handwheel should be located above the valve. It is not allowed to be installed downwards. The flow direction of the gate valve medium is not restricted.
Gate valves usually use flange connections, and welding connections are also used in special occasions.
For large diameter and high pressure gate valves, the opening and closing torque is relatively large. In order to reduce the opening and closing torque, a bypass valve can be installed. The bypass valve is installed outside the main gate valve, and its inlet and outlet are connected to both sides of the main gate valve in parallel. The bypass valve should be opened before the main gate valve is opened. After entering the valve, the pressure difference between the front and rear gates of the main gate valve is reduced, thereby reducing the opening torque of the main gate valve. The selection of the bypass valve diameter should be considered based on the main valve diameter and usage requirements.
The gate valve is a cut-off valve, and its sealing performance is not as good as that of the stop valve. The main "responsibility" of the gate valve is to "cut off the flow" and "continue the flow" with the minimum resistance. It is not suitable to be used to adjust the flow and pressure of the medium. If used for long-term adjustment, the sealing surface will be easily washed away by the medium, affecting the sealing performance.
The medium temperature and pressure of the gate valve should be paid attention to the reliability of use. At high temperatures and high pressures, the gate may become wedged due to temperature changes, and at the same time, uneven temperatures in the medium may cause leakage. The wedge type but gate valve is particularly obvious.
