Purpose and Functions:

  Flat gate valves Z43H, Z43Y, and Z43F are suitable for use as opening and closing equipment in natural gas, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, urban pipelines, gas pipelines and other transportation pipelines, venting systems and steam storage devices. Structural Features:

• The sealing structure of the valve seat should be elastic and pre-tightened, with the upstream and downstream sealing seats sealed at the same time. There is always a face-to-face seal between the valve seat and the seal.

• The valve seat has a self-cleaning function and is not directly washed by air flow during the opening or closing process of the flat gate valve. The valve seat should be made of lubricated, non-abrasive material.

• The failure of the valve actuator will not affect other parts of the valve, and maintenance and replacement can be carried out without disassembling the valve.
